  3. Subject: LOBSTER: Chilled Lobster
  4. My favourite thing to do with lobster is as follows:

  6. Cook the lobsters in boiling water (either drop them intop already boiling
  7. water or heat up the water with lobsters) until they change colour (from
  8. brown to red).
  9.  
  10. Chill them in the fridge.
  11.  
  12. Slice them in half all the way down the back. Wash them out (all the yuckky
  13. looking brown/yellow/slimy stuff should all go) well.

  15. Make a sauce of:

  17. Mayo
  18. ketchup
  19. tobasco (should hardly taste it)
  20.  
  21. The sauce should be mostly mayo (say 2/3 or so)
  22.  
  23. Put a big bowl in the center of the table and have plenty of napkins available.
  24. Take your time, lose all eating inhibitions and get at EVERY SCRAP of MEAT
  25. (yes, there's plenty in the head section too, not to mention the legs) and
  26. ENJOY!
